These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the DummyBookings.pk website and all related services, including the provision of dummy tickets, flight reservations, and hotel bookings for visa documentation. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Service Overview and Proper Use

• DummyBooking.pk offers real non-ticketing flight and hotel reservations for visa purposes. These are temporary reservations with valid PNRs, built specifically for (e.g., Schengen visa) and proof of onward travel. They work perfectly for embassy requirements but are not meant for actual boarding.
• We use Global Distribution Systems to create both our Standard and Verifiable reservation options. You get valid PNRs that look exactly like real flight itineraries in airline systems. Just remember these are temporary flight reservations, not paid tickets. They expire naturally within 24 hours to 7 days depending on which option you pick.
• Crucial Restriction: Our services are strictly for documentation purposes only. They are not valid for travel. You must NOT attempt to check in, board a flight, or use our dummy tickets as actual travel documents. Any misuse is strictly at the user's risk.
• We cannot promise your visa application will get approved. That decision sits with embassy officers and immigration authorities, not us. If your visa gets rejected or consulate requirements suddenly change, we are not responsible for those outcomes. Our job is providing verifiable travel proof, not influencing decisions.

Booking Process, Payments, and What You Agree To

• Please double check your details before hitting submit. You are responsible for getting your passenger information right, including name spelling, passport details, and itinerary dates. If a typo on your end makes the dummy ticket useless, we cannot offer a refund. Our system generates exactly what you type, so accuracy matters.
• Full payment is required upfront to secure your dummy reservation. We use trusted secure payment processors to keep your transaction safe. Once your payment clears, your verifiable flight itinerary gets sent straight to your email or preferred messaging service. No waiting, no extra steps.
• Service Fees: You agree to pay the displayed service fee for the creation and delivery of the dummy reservation.

Cancellation Policy, Amendments, and Refunds

• All sales are final once your PNR or reservation is issued. Because our dummy tickets are delivered instantly in digital format, we cannot process refunds after delivery. Please review your details carefully before completing your booking.
• We only offer refunds in two specific cases. First, if we miss our promised delivery timeframe and your reservation document does not arrive on time. Second, if your PNR is clearly invalid right when you receive it. Outside of these situations, all payments are final.
• Small fixes like a name correction might be possible if your reservation is still active. We charge a service fee for these amendments. Want new travel dates or a different destination? That needs a fresh booking and full payment since the original PNR cannot be modified.

Our Content and Your Rights to Use It

• Everything on DummyBooking.pk belongs to us. That includes website content, logos, images, text, and any software we use. All of it is protected by copyright laws and intellectual property rights. Please do not copy, reuse, or redistribute our materials without asking first.

Service Warranties and Exclusions

• We make no warranties express or implied including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for any specific purpose.
• We cannot promise that our website or dummy ticket service will always run smoothly without hiccups. There may be occasional downtime, errors, or technical issues beyond our control. We also do not guarantee that our site is completely free of viruses or other harmful components, so please use proper security measures on your end.
